논스틱 팬 SiC 마이크로 파우더 - 친환경 고온 내성 코팅 솔루션

ShunCheng New Materials has launched a silicon carbide micro powder specially designed for high‑end non‑stick cookware. Made from high‑purity green SiC (≥99.5%) and processed through special shaping, classification, and surface modification, the product offers extreme heat resistance (up to 1800°C), high hardness (Mohs 9.5), chemical inertness, good thermal conductivity, and excellent compatibility with organic/inorganic coatings. When applied via spraying or sintering, the micro powder forms a dense coating with fluororesin (PTFE, PFA) or ceramic sol, significantly improving wear resistance, high‑temperature adhesion, and non‑stick durability.

Traditional non‑stick coatings are prone to scratches, blistering, or peeling when using metal spatulas or during high‑temperature frying. ShunCheng’s SiC micro powder, with its super‑hard particles and unique plate‑like stacking structure, forms a “micro‑armor” skeleton inside the coating, effectively resisting scratching. After 5,000 wear resistance tests (BS 7069) and 300 hours of salt spray testing, the coating surface shows no obvious scratches and retains 5B adhesion. Compared to traditional alumina or amorphous coatings, ShunCheng’s SiC micro powder coating doubles the lifespan under extreme conditions.

The product is completely free of PFOA and PFOS, meeting EU (EU) 10/2011 and US FDA 21 CFR 177.1550 food contact material regulations. ShunCheng offers various particle size distributions (D50 from 0.5μm to 15μm) and surface treatments (oleophilic or hydrophilic) depending on the customer’s coating process. The product is already supplied in volume to several listed cookware companies in China and has started exporting to South Korea, Turkey, and Germany.

The successful launch of ShunCheng’s non‑stick pan micro powder not only helps cookware manufacturers overcome the technical bottleneck of coating durability but also provides a new eco‑friendly and healthy material solution for kitchens. The company will continue to deepen joint R&D with end brands to promote the application of SiC in higher‑end cookware surfaces and industrial non‑stick fields.
