Made from high\u2011purity green SiC (\u226599.5%) and processed through special shaping, classification, and surface modification, the product offers extreme heat resistance (up to 1800\u00b0C), high hardness (Mohs 9.5), chemical inertness, good thermal conductivity, and excellent compatibility with organic\/inorganic coatings. ShunCheng\u2019s SiC micro powder, with its super\u2011hard particles and unique plate\u2011like stacking structure, forms a \u201cmicro\u2011armor\u201d skeleton inside the coating, effectively resisting scratching. After 5,000 wear resistance tests (BS 7069) and 300 hours of salt spray testing, the coating surface shows no obvious scratches and retains 5B adhesion. Compared to traditional alumina or amorphous coatings, ShunCheng\u2019s SiC micro powder coating doubles the lifespan under extreme conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The product is completely free of PFOA and PFOS, meeting EU (EU) 10\/2011 and US FDA 21 CFR 177.1550 food contact material regulations. ShunCheng offers various particle size distributions (D50 from 0.5\u03bcm to 15\u03bcm) and surface treatments (oleophilic or hydrophilic) depending on the customer\u2019s coating process.
