Reaction Sintered Micro Powder

Reaction Sintered Micro Powder

Reaction sintered silicon carbide micro powder (F240/F1200) is designed for high-performance ceramics. With high purity, narrow particle size distribution, and excellent stability, it produces strong, wear-resistant, and corrosion-resistant ceramic components ideal for aerospace, defense, and industrial applications.
Product information
Pressureless sintering is a conventional sintering method. It refers to a method of sintering by heating products under normal pressure. This is the most commonly used and simplest sintering method.

The W series ultrafine silicon carbide powder produced by the company is mainly used in seals, bulletproof equipment and other manufacturers due to its high purity, narrow particle size distribution, good fluidity and strong stability. High-performance special ceramic materials with high strength, high hardness, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and thermal shock resistance are widely used in aerospace, power electronics, machinery industry, petrochemical industry, ships, pumps and valves, new energy, and scientific research, national defense, military and other fields.
