La patente de invenci\u00f3n de la empresa titulada \u201cDispositivo y m\u00e9todo de clasificaci\u00f3n por flujo de aire para micropolvo de carburo de silicio\u201d (n.\u00ba de patente: ZL 2024 1 0234567.8) ha sido autorizada oficialmente por la Administraci\u00f3n Nacional de Propiedad Intelectual. Gracias al dise\u00f1o innovador de la estructura de gu\u00eda del flujo de aire en la c\u00e1mara de clasificaci\u00f3n, el \u00e1ngulo de las palas de la rueda clasificadora y un sistema de entrada de aire secundario, la patente mejora significativamente la concentraci\u00f3n del tama\u00f1o de las part\u00edculas y el rendimiento de la clasificaci\u00f3n, especialmente para la producci\u00f3n en masa de micropolvo de SiC ultrafino con un D50 en el rango de 0,5-8 \u03bcm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><img alt=\"\" fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"500\" height=\"750\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sc-sic.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/6-1.webp\" class=\"wp-image-8723\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.sc-sic.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/6-1.webp 500w, https:\/\/www.sc-sic.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/6-1-400x600.webp 400w, https:\/\/www.sc-sic.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/6-1-8x12.webp 8w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La clasificaci\u00f3n tradicional del micropolvo de SiC adolece de la mezcla de part\u00edculas gruesas y finas, un bajo rendimiento y un elevado consumo energ\u00e9tico. Tras dos a\u00f1os de investigaci\u00f3n utilizando simulaci\u00f3n de din\u00e1mica de fluidos computacional (CFD), el equipo de I+D de ShunCheng optimiz\u00f3 el campo de flujo interno del clasificador, aumentando la precisi\u00f3n de la clasificaci\u00f3n en un 181 % y reduciendo el consumo de energ\u00eda por unidad de producto en un 101 %. Esta tecnolog\u00eda se ha aplicado con \u00e9xito en m\u00faltiples l\u00edneas de producci\u00f3n de micropolvo, logrando una concentraci\u00f3n del tama\u00f1o de part\u00edcula (D85\/D50) de \u22641,4, lo que la sit\u00faa a un nivel l\u00edder a escala internacional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hasta la fecha, ShunCheng cuenta con 23 patentes nacionales, entre las que se incluyen 8 patentes de invenci\u00f3n y 15 patentes de modelo de utilidad, lo que le permite disponer de una completa protecci\u00f3n de la propiedad intelectual que abarca el procesamiento, la trituraci\u00f3n, la clasificaci\u00f3n, la purificaci\u00f3n y la modificaci\u00f3n superficial de la materia prima de SiC. El responsable de propiedad intelectual afirm\u00f3 que la empresa seguir\u00e1 ampliando su cartera de patentes en torno al SiC de alta pureza (\u226599,91 % TP3T) y al polvo de SiC esf\u00e9rico durante los pr\u00f3ximos tres a\u00f1os, con el objetivo de presentar entre 3 y 5 nuevas solicitudes de patente al a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A trav\u00e9s de la innovaci\u00f3n continua y la protecci\u00f3n de la propiedad intelectual, ShunCheng pretende reforzar su ventaja competitiva en el mercado de materiales de SiC de alta gama y ofrecer a sus clientes de todo el mundo soluciones de productos m\u00e1s estables y eficientes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>ShunCheng New Materials Co., Ltd. ha logrado otro gran avance en el campo de la tecnolog\u00eda de clasificaci\u00f3n fina del micro polvo de carburo de silicio.
