El micropolvo de carburo de silicio de alta pureza (SiC \u226599,6%) de ShunCheng New Materials para pastillas de freno es una de las materias primas funcionales fundamentales para los frenos de carbono-cer\u00e1mica. Este micropolvo presenta part\u00edculas angulares o casi equiaxiales con una distribuci\u00f3n granulom\u00e9trica concentrada en el rango D50 de 3-15 \u03bcm, lo que proporciona una alta resistencia de uni\u00f3n con la matriz de carbono (fibra de carbono, resina de carbono) y forma una capa de fricci\u00f3n mec\u00e1nica estable y continua en las interfaces de fricci\u00f3n a alta temperatura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1000\" height=\"700\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sc-sic.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/12-2.webp\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-8709\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.sc-sic.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/12-2.webp 1000w, https:\/\/www.sc-sic.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/12-2-500x350.webp 500w, https:\/\/www.sc-sic.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/12-2-600x420.webp 600w, https:\/\/www.sc-sic.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/12-2-768x538.webp 768w, https:\/\/www.sc-sic.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/12-2-18x12.webp 18w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1000px) 100vw, 1000px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Las pastillas de freno de carbono-cer\u00e1mica fabricadas con micropolvo de SiC de ShunCheng mantienen un coeficiente de fricci\u00f3n estable (0,35-0,45) a temperaturas extremas de 800-1200 \u00b0C, sin p\u00e9rdida de eficacia por calor y con un bajo nivel de ruido de frenado. Adem\u00e1s, gracias a la baja densidad del SiC (3,21 g\/cm\u00b3) y al dise\u00f1o de alta porosidad de los compuestos de carbono-cer\u00e1mica, el peso total de la pastilla de freno se reduce en aproximadamente un 40-50% en comparaci\u00f3n con los frenos tradicionales de hierro fundido, lo que reduce eficazmente la masa no suspendida y mejora la maniobrabilidad y la autonom\u00eda del veh\u00edculo. Las pruebas de banco (SAE J2522) muestran que la vida \u00fatil de las pastillas de freno de carbono-cer\u00e1mica fabricadas con el micropolvo de ShunCheng supera los 300 000 kil\u00f3metros, lo que supera con creces los 50 000-80 000 km de los frenos tradicionales de acero.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">ShunCheng ofrece micropolvo para pastillas de freno en m\u00faltiples especificaciones de tama\u00f1o de part\u00edcula, desde un D50 de 0,5 \u03bcm hasta 25 \u03bcm, junto con recomendaciones para la optimizaci\u00f3n de la gradaci\u00f3n del tama\u00f1o de part\u00edcula seg\u00fan la formulaci\u00f3n del cliente, con el fin de maximizar la densidad del recubrimiento y la estabilidad de la fricci\u00f3n. El producto ha superado la validaci\u00f3n de rendimiento por parte de varios fabricantes nacionales de pastillas de freno de renombre y ha superado con \u00e9xito las pruebas europeas ECE R90.
