Paten penemuan perusahaan untuk \u201cPerangkat dan Metode Klasifikasi Aliran Udara untuk Bubuk Mikro Silikon Karbida\u201d (Nomor Paten: ZL 2024 1 0234567.8) telah secara resmi disahkan oleh Administrasi Kekayaan Intelektual Nasional. Melalui desain inovatif pada struktur pemandu aliran udara di ruang klasifikasi, sudut bilah roda klasifikasi, serta sistem saluran masuk udara sekunder, paten ini secara signifikan meningkatkan konsentrasi ukuran partikel dan hasil klasifikasi, terutama untuk produksi massal bubuk mikro SiC ultra-halus dengan D50 dalam kisaran 0,5\u20138 \u03bcm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><img alt=\"\" fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"500\" height=\"750\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sc-sic.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/6-1.webp\" class=\"wp-image-8723\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.sc-sic.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/6-1.webp 500w, https:\/\/www.sc-sic.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/6-1-400x600.webp 400w, https:\/\/www.sc-sic.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/6-1-8x12.webp 8w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Proses klasifikasi bubuk mikro SiC tradisional menghadapi masalah pencampuran partikel kasar dan halus, hasil yang rendah, serta konsumsi energi yang tinggi. Setelah dua tahun penelitian menggunakan simulasi dinamika fluida komputasional (CFD), tim R&amp;D ShunCheng mengoptimalkan medan aliran internal pada alat klasifikasi, sehingga meningkatkan akurasi klasifikasi sebesar 18% dan mengurangi konsumsi energi per satuan produk sebesar 10%. Teknologi ini telah berhasil diterapkan pada beberapa lini produksi bubuk mikro, sehingga mencapai konsentrasi ukuran partikel (D85\/D50) \u22641,4, yang setara dengan tingkat terdepan di tingkat internasional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hingga saat ini, ShunCheng telah memegang 23 paten nasional, termasuk 8 paten penemuan dan 15 paten model utilitas, sehingga berhasil membangun perlindungan kekayaan intelektual yang komprehensif yang mencakup pemrosesan bahan baku SiC, penghancuran, klasifikasi, pemurnian, dan modifikasi permukaan.
