Bubuk mikro silikon karbida (SiC \u226599,6%) kemurnian tinggi dari ShunCheng New Materials untuk bantalan rem merupakan salah satu bahan baku fungsional inti untuk rem karbon-keramik. Selain itu, berkat kepadatan SiC yang rendah (3,21 g\/cm\u00b3) dan desain porositas tinggi pada komposit karbon-keramik, berat total bantalan rem berkurang sekitar 40\u201350% dibandingkan dengan rem besi cor tradisional, sehingga secara efektif mengurangi massa tak teredam dan meningkatkan penanganan kendaraan serta jangkauan. Uji bangku (SAE J2522) menunjukkan bahwa masa pakai bantalan rem karbon-keramik yang dibuat dengan bubuk mikro ShunCheng melebihi 300.000 kilometer, jauh melampaui 50.000\u201380.000 km pada rem baja tradisional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">ShunCheng menyediakan bubuk mikro bantalan rem dalam berbagai spesifikasi ukuran partikel, mulai dari D50 0,5 \u03bcm hingga 25 \u03bcm, beserta rekomendasi untuk optimalisasi gradasi ukuran partikel sesuai dengan formulasi pelanggan guna memaksimalkan kepadatan lapisan dan stabilitas gesekan. Produk ini telah lulus validasi kinerja oleh beberapa produsen bantalan rem dalam negeri yang terkenal dan telah berhasil lulus pengujian ECE R90 Eropa.
