In early March 2024, a customer delegation of more than 20 people from Germany, Italy, Poland, Thailand, Malaysia, and Vietnam visited ShunCheng New Materials’ two manufacturing bases in Shandong and Henan provinces. The three-day visit allowed customers to thoroughly review the entire SiC production process, including raw material processing, crushing, magnetic separation, air classification, and precision screening, as well as an on-site audit of the quality inspection system.

Inside the production workshop, customers observed the automated batching system, online particle size monitoring equipment, and dust recovery units. When they learned that ShunCheng’s self-developed micro powder classifier can control particle size distribution within a D50 deviation of ±1.0μm, several technical managers commented that it “reaches the level of top-tier European suppliers.” In the laboratory, customers witnessed laser particle size analysis, chemical composition testing (ICP), and scanning electron microscopy of crystal morphology, and highly praised ShunCheng’s quality management philosophy of “batch-by-batch testing and full traceability.”

Beyond technical discussions, both sides also conducted in-depth negotiations on commercial details such as delivery lead times, packaging standards, and export certifications. ShunCheng demonstrated its robust export logistics system, including moisture-proof packaging, custom pallets, and traceable batch numbering. Ultimately, the two parties signed long-term procurement framework agreements in three areas: high-purity SiC micro powder (for precision grinding), brake pad powder, and non-stick coating powder, with a commitment to quarterly technical reviews.

This on-site visit not only eliminated customers’ concerns about quality consistency in cross-border procurement but also further strengthened ShunCheng’s credibility in the mid-to-high end international market. Many customers indicated that they plan to include ShunCheng in their global approved supplier lists and recommend the company to other partners in their industries. ShunCheng will also take this opportunity to establish technical support contact points in Europe and Southeast Asia for faster localized responses.
