Green silicon carbide is made of petroleum coke and high-quality silica as the main raw materials, and is smelted at high temperature in a resistance furnace. The smelted crystals have high purity and high hardness. They are hexagonal crystals. Its hardness is second only to diamond. From a chemical perspective, it is very stable at room temperature.
 
It is produced through a process of crushing, impurity removal, acid pickling, washing, drying, and screening. The resulting product features high cleanliness, purity, and SiC content, along with excellent particle shape and sharpness, and is suitable for wire cutting and grinding of high-hardness materials, polishing, sandblasting; ideal material for coating, industrial castings, etc.
 
The main features are: stable quality, good crystallization, high surface cleanliness, no large particles, low fine particle content, concentrated particle size distribution, high grinding efficiency, suitable for various grinding processes, and the surface of the processed workpiece is uniform and free of scratches.
