Green Silicon Carbide Micro Powder exhibits high hardness, strong grinding performance, stable chemical properties, and excellent thermal conductivity. Its microstructure presents a hexagonal crystal form, with a Mohs hardness of 9.2. Among abrasive materials, its hardness is higher than that of corundum, ranking only behind diamond, cubic boron nitride (CBN), and boron carbide (B₄C).
