ShunCheng Exhibits at GrindTec Germany, SiC Micro Powders and Grits Win International Orders

In mid-October 2024, GrindTec, the world’s most influential abrasives industry exhibition, took place in Stuttgart, Germany. ShunCheng New Materials displayed its full lineup of silicon carbide products, covering green silicon carbide grits (for PV wafer slicing and diamond wire cutting), black silicon carbide grits (used in electronics, glass processing and stone grinding), non-stick pan micropowder, carbon-ceramic brake pad micropowder, and custom-specification tailored micropowders.

During the exhibition, the booth of ShunCheng attracted numerous professional buyers from Germany, Japan, South Korea, Italy, Switzerland and Turkey. The company’s technical team demonstrated the micropowder particle size distribution curve with a portable laser particle size analyzer, and provided batch-wise Certificate of Analysis (COA) documents for on-site review. Clients expressed keen interest in our products featuring stable crystal morphology, narrow particle size distribution with D85/D50 ≤ 1.5, and outstanding thermal stability performance.

It is worth mentioning that three renowned European abrasive manufacturers requested ton-grade samples on the spot and invited ShunCheng to join their 2025 new product development projects. Meanwhile, a South Korean carbon-ceramic brake disc enterprise reached a strategic cooperation intention, intending to qualify ShunCheng’s high-purity SiC micropowder as its second core raw material supplier. Relevant statistics show that ShunCheng received over 350 professional visitors, delivered more than 200 product samples, and secured intended orders worth approximately 6 million RMB.

Participation in this global exhibition has greatly enhanced ShunCheng’s international brand exposure and helped the company keep abreast of the latest technical trends in the global silicon carbide market.
